THOMAS TAGGART & SONS ACHIEVE INVESTORS IN PEOPLE STANDARD
Thomas Taggart & Sons has been awarded the Investors in People (IIP) accreditation. The award, which sets the benchmark for better people management within business, is the result of months of hard work and planning by management and employees at the firm. To achieve the accreditation, the firm had to work with an independent consultant to develop a business portfolio and put in place systems and procedures to meet the rigorous IIP criteria. These were then assessed by an external accreditation body. Lewis Richards, senior partner, welcomed the achievement saying: “Thomas Taggart & Sons has always invested significantly in its solicitors and support staff. The IIP accreditation underpins this commitment and ensures we continue to adopt best practice when supporting and developing our employees.
